2024 HOA Board Meetings
The dates for the remaining 3 HOA Board Meetings have been set as follows:
April 11, 2024 - 3:00 - 4:30 pm
July 24, 2024 - 5:30 - 7:00 pm
October 10, 2024 - 3:00 - 4:30 pm
Any resident may attend the open portion of any board meetings. If you are unable to attend, a call-in option will be available and the instructions will be included in the official meeting announcement sent out by IMC (our management company) approximately 2 weeks prior to the meeting. Information will also be published in the email News Updates and posted on the 2 community bulletin boards. If for any reason a meeting date needs to be changed, all residents will be advised. All HOA Board Meetings are held at the offices of IMC Property Management, 3500 W. Davis, Suite 190, Conroe, TX 77304 (phone: 936-756-0032) unless other notified.
2024 Annual Meeting
A date for the 2024 Annual Meeting has not yet been confirmed. As soon as it is, the information will be posted.
