Annual Meeting Nov. 4, 2021

Mark the date on your calendar - The Crighton Ridge HOA annual meeting & election will be held on Thursday, November 4 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Please note our new meeting location - Cornerstone Church, 100 Mosswood, Conroe (at the entrance to River Plantation). All residents receive their complete meeting packet in advance of the meeting. Your packet includes a copy of the agenda, a new ballot form to vote for a candidate to fill any open position(s), and a bio of each of the candidates.

The electrion ballot form gives you the option to choose the type of ballot you are submitting - absentee, proxy, or electronic.  

  1. If you are unable to attend and wish to have someone vote for you, please use the PROXY ballot.

  2. If you are unable and wish to submit your vote, please use the ABSENTEE ballot.

  3. You may mail, email or fax a completed ballot to IMC or turn it in to a board member.

  4. If you are able to attend the meeting, you may bring your ballot with you and turn it in then. 

Please read through the information carefully and submit your ballot using any one of the aforementioned methods. The person you elect will serve a two-year term on the Board of Directors.
